The key blueprint is bought from the ROCKTropia Planet Manager, is unique and cannot be looted from crafting.

The instance has a two hour time limit and contains level 8 Zomhattan St Boyz, which have 400 hp and cause cut/stab damage.

Upon entering the instance, there are trade and repair terminals.
Passing through a set of double doors, you enter the only room in the instance.

On the left hand wall is a button labeled "Next Level".
On the right hand wall is a button labeled "Quitters Exit", with a safe adjacent to it.

Upon pressing the "Next Level" button, three waves of three mobs spawn.

These three waves must be killed or you will receive no loot upon exiting the instance.
After the first three waves, you must press the '"Next Level" button each time you wish to spawn a wave of three mobs.

Keep respawning mobs as long as you wish until the timer is about to run out, but you MUST press the 'Quitters Exit' button and then loot the safe prior to the timer running out or you receive no loot!
